We offer a fully-equipped shared workshop space designed for makers and business owners who need access to high-end machinery with on-site maintenance and back-up in a like-minded environment. We understand the demands of professional woodworking. Our goal is to provide you with a flexible, fully equipped environment that supports your business growth and fosters a community of like-minded professionals.
All Workspace Bookings Include
- Use of quality SCM joinery and cabinetry machines, including panel saws, spindle moulders, bandsaws, thicknessers, mortisers, tenoners and more.
- Access to multi-filter dust extraction systems, with briquette and wood waste heater, making waste clearance easy.
- Fully equipped spray booths and drying rooms (charged separately at a day rate).
- Private bench space with the ability to scale up or down based on your project size.
- On-site parking, FREE Wi-Fi, WC and kitchen facilities.
- On-site MDF and sheet material supply (subject to market price changes).
- On-site forklift assistance for material deliveries.
For added flexibility, machinery is included in the bench price under our fair use policy, excluding the SCM Minimax Me40TR Edgebander (£1.25 +VAT per metre additional charge).

Choose your ideal workspace – we offer large (23m²) or extra-large (35m²) private bench areas. Rentals are available daily, weekly or monthly with discounts for longer stays.

Our staff are here to help you get started safely and confidently with regular safety training classes on offer. Then, you can enjoy access to your high-grade workspace!

Do I need experience to use the workspace?
We welcome both professionals and newcomers. However, all users must complete a safety induction before using machinery.
What’s included in the bench hire?
Our bench hire includes access to all shared machines under fair use, private workspace, FREE Wi-Fi, on-site parking, kitchen facilities, and on-site support. Additional charges may apply.
Is there storage available?
Yes, we offer on-site storage including lockers, shelving and shipping containers.
Can I book on a weekend?
Yes, we offer flexible booking, including weekends, depending on availability.
What if I only need to use one machine?
We offer drop-in hourly rates for select machinery. Contact us for more information.
Are materials available onsite?
Yes, MDF and sheet materials are stocked and available – pricing will vary with market rates.
Can I rent a workspace long-term?
Absolutely. We offer weekly and monthly discounts for extended use. You can even scale your space up or down as needed.
Is forklift assistance available?
Yes, we offer on-site forklift support for loading and unloading materials.
